(I wrote this on June 11, 2014):
I began religiously taking 2-3 tablespoons of Laurin every day since May 15, 2014. Since then I have done the following:
- Taken (since June 2, 2014) a part-time job requiring much intellectual work and with a time investment of at least 6.5 hours a day (at least 4.5 hours work + 2 hours of travel) In the week prior to this I had to attend to a very time-consuming emergency situation plus preparation for going back to work.
- Taken (since May 26, 2014) a rigorous gym program of 3 sessions per week, involving short (c. 45 minutes) but very intense work-out regimen per session.
- Adopted (since June 2, 2014) a strict diet, very low on carbs and sugar and high on proteins (but strictly measured as to amount). All food is eaten only within a 2-3 hour window within 24 hours.
All of this, over and above the fact that I:
- Have a “full-time” job helping with editing and proofreading and handling email inquiries for a small publisher based in Europe (around 35 hours a week).
- Have a small business that I still have to keep an eye on.
- Have Church-related commitments on Saturday and Sunday.
- Have family commitments that also demand their share of time.
As a result of these, my time to relax has been drastically cut and even my sleep is much shorter than it used to be. (On some days I have as little as 3 hours although I aim at 6 hours a day.)
Nevertheless I feel more focused and more accomplished than at any time since… forever. I feel energetic or able to work for very long periods of time – even if I might yawn from time to time or feel a bit sleepy, I am able to go on working and thinking clearly. I am able to keep working where, only a few weeks ago, and with much less workload, I was liable to just give up and go to bed to sleep.
In my experience the improvement began even before I adopted a gym and diet regimen, so the use of Laurin alone is definitely a main factor in ensuring my endurance and strength and helping increase my productivity. It has also helped me endure the sudden diet change; in fact I use it as a quick snack. (Hungry? Eat one tablespoon of Laurin!)
