Yields 15-20 servings (30 grams each) Serve with Baguette or any Italian bread
INGREDIENTS
Bunch of parsley 3 medium sized tomatoes, chopped 1 medium sized white onion, chopped Celery, chopped Quarter cup couscous (see below) Meat broth (boiled for couscous) Laurin Lemon or calamansi Red sweet coconut wine Bed of lettuce for garnishing Salt and pepper
COUSCOUS:
Pour in a hot meat broth in quarter cup of couscous and leave it for 3 minutes to allow it to expand. Then, when it's all done, combine it together with the vegetables.
HOW TO MIX:
1) Chop everything and combine in a large bowl. 2) Put on top of Baguette or any Italian bread to make a perfect bruschetta
